Hannah‘s path to real estate is an unconventional one, and all the richer for it. She spent several years as a primary school teacher, a role that sharpened her communication, leadership and relationship skills and gave her a genuine commitment to guiding and supporting others. With a long-standing interest in property, the move into real estate was a natural next step: a chance to bring her people-first approach into an industry she’s passionate about.
As Team Manager for the Eames Team, Hannah oversees the day-to-day operations that keep things running at their best: implementing systems, refining processes, and creating the conditions for a collaborative and high-performing team culture. She has a sharp eye for identifying where things can be done better and takes real satisfaction in seeing those improvements translate into stronger outcomes for both her team and clients. Relationship-focused at her core, Hannah is as invested in the growth of the people around her as she is in the performance of the business, and it shows.
