Mikayla came to real estate with a solid foundation already in place, having worked in the Building & Pest Inspection industry where she gained experience in administration, Tax Depreciation Schedules, and rental properties. With a natural love for people and conversation, moving into a team environment felt like the perfect next step and real estate gave her exactly that.
Now as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Mikayla supports both the marketing and behind-the-scenes sales process with enthusiasm and a sharp eye for communication. Her background in admin has shaped strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and her genuine curiosity for the industry keeps her constantly learning. She thrives in collaborative, creative environments and it shows in everything she does.
