With over 10 years of experience in customer service and administrative roles, Shakira has developed strong communication and organisational skills. She is a dedicated professional who always puts the customer first and can handle a wide range of tasks, from handling inquiries and resolving complaints to managing schedules and data entry.
In addition to her customer service experience, Shakira also has 5 years of experience in Property Management, where she oversaw a portfolio of 180 properties. Her attention to detail, ability to multitask and problem-solve, and knowledge of the industry made her a valuable asset to the team.
Outside of work, Shakira is a busy parent of two young children. She enjoys spending time with them and staying active by practicing Pilates. She also enjoys reading and socialising with family and friends. Her passion for personal growth and development is reflected in her commitment to staying active and learning new things.
